内容記述 | In previous studies, we presented efforts through inspections during school health examinations for students who need special support and methodologies such as details on instructions before/after examinations as well as described the necessity for consideration according to the characteristics of their disabilities, however, these are not matters prescribed for health examinations at schools for special needs education. Therefore, this study aims to explore the current status of health examinations conducted at schools for children with intellectual disabilities or health impairments and clarify the role of Yo-go teachers during such health examinations at schools for special needs education through concrete episodes. As a result of the study, what is expected of nursing teachers during school health examinations at schools for special needs education was revealed as follows: (i) ingenuity as a practitioner; (ii) relationship of trust with students; and (iii) liaison and coordination efforts with class teachers and external doctors, etc. |
