教職課程におけるICT利活用教育に関する一考察 On ICT Utilization Education in Teacher Training Courses 鄭　俊如 GIGAスクール構想 教職課程 ICT利活用 GIGA school concept teacher training courses ICT utilization 令和３年８月「教育職員免許法施行規則等の一部を改正する省令」が公布され、「令和の日本型学校教育」 の構築に向けた情報通信技術（ICT）の活用に関する基本方針が出された。基本的な考え方のうちの1つは、 すべての子供たちの可能性を引き出す、個別最適な学びなどを実現するために、これまでの実践とICTと を最適に組み合わせることで、様々な課題解決、教育質の向上につなげていくことである。教職課程認定 大学においては、新時代に対応できる教員養成モデルの構築が急務である。 本稿は、ICTに対応できる高い指導力を有する教員育成を求められている現状を踏まえて、中学校（国語） 及び高等学校（国語・書道）教育免許取得予定者を対象とするデジタル教科書、電子黒板、各種電子ツー ル・電子コンテンツの利活用教育をはじめ、ICT活用環境の構築、オンライン授業の実施などの実践的な 能力を育成する教育内容及び教育効果について検討する。 In August 2021, the “Ministerial Ordinance Amending Some Provisions of the Teacher’s License Law Enforcement Regulations”, and a basic policy regarding the utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for the development of“ Japanese-style school education in Reiwa” was announced. One of the fundamental ideas is to combine previous practices with ICT optimally to address various challenges and enhance the quality of education in order to realize individualized and tailored learning for all children, bringing out their full potential. In teacher training universities, it is urgent to establish a teacher training model that can adapt to the new era.
