課題解決型学習が社会人基礎力にもたらす効果 : アンケート調査結果からの考察 Analysis of the Impacts of Problem-Based-Learning Approach on the "Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons" Based on Students' Survey 篠原, さやか シノハラ , サヤカ 山下, 真里 ヤマシタ , マリ Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons Problem-Based-Learning Active-learning Group projects There is a need to improve students’“Fundamental Competencies for Working Persons,” suggested by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry in Japan in higher education. Over the past few years, authors have been using the Problem-Based-Learning approach in Career Design II, which is a mandatory course for sophomores of Kyushu Women’s University. Based on the results from two surveys, which were conducted prior to and after the Problem-Based-Learning, we found that mean scores for 16 items out of all 36 items were statistically significantly higher at the second survey, compared to the first survey. Specifically, there were significant mean differences in two surveys on the abilities to identify problems, have a sense of independence, make plans, and communicate effectively.
