          <datacite:description xml:lang="ja" descriptionType="Abstract">本稿の「公民館における子育て期の親の学びとその支援について③―子育て当事者でありつつ地域の子育
て支援活動の創り手へ―」は、2022年にまとめた「公民館における子育て期の親の学びとその支援につい
て①－家から一歩を踏み出し子育て主体として成長することを支える講座づくり―」、2023年にまとめた「公
民館における子育て期の親の学びとその支援について②―子育て講座の参加者から子育てサークルの担い手
へ―」の続編である。①②の論文では、公民館講座に参加していた乳幼児を持つ親たちが、公民館職員の後
押しによって子育て自主サークルを立ち上げ地域と関わりながら子育てに取り組むことによって、孤立の子
育てから地域ぐるみの子育てになり、より充実した子育てを営むことが出来ていたことをあきらかにした。
そこで本稿では、引き続き同じ公民館実践事例をもとに、地域参加により充実した子育てを営む主体として
の子育て当事者たちが、公民館の講座や子育てサークルに継続して参加していくことによって、地域の活動
に参加・参画する経験を経て、地域の子育て支援の活動の創り手、すなわち地域を創る主体としての形成過
程をあきらかにした。</datacite:description>
          <datacite:description xml:lang="en" descriptionType="Abstract">This paper is a sequel to“ Community Centers‘ Educational Value for Parents with Children and Types of
Support (2)- How Learners in Parenting Classes Become Organizers of Parenting Circles” written in 2023 and
“Community Centers’ Educational Value for Parents with Children and Types of Support (1) - Designing
classes that encourage parents to become empowered child-rearing agents-” written in 2022. In papers (1) and
(2), the parents of young children who participated in community center classes launched a parenting circle
with the support of community center staff and engaged in raising children while also engaging with their
local community. Instead of raising children alone, they began to raise children as a community, and the
results show that these parents were able to raise their children in a more fulfilling way. In this paper, based
on the same case study of a community center, we examine the same parents who experience fulfilling
parenting activities through their continuous participation in community center lectures and child-rearing
circles. This paper clarifies the process through which their experience of involvement and participation in
local activities shapes them into initiators of local child-rearing support activities, i.e. community-building
activities.</datacite:description>
