The solution to the\nproblem that prevents real wages from rising lies precisely in the structure of employment.\nThe problem of the employment structure is the high proportion of service and sales workers and clerical\nand support workers. The characteristics of service goods (intangible, indivisible, extinguishable,\nheterogeneous, lack of ownership, etc.) make their labor productivity a low mechanism.\nOne way to resolve the low productivity inherent in service goods is to use the characteristics of\ninformation (indestructibility, ease of reproduction, etc.).
