Rather than thinking about what kind of learning\nactivities to do every hour, having the prospect of working toward the goal of the entire unit makes it easier to\nadjust one's own learning. In this paper, we organized and examined the language activities of the unit names\nand unit goals in the study guidebook, and examined the state of the language activities of the unit goals to\nincrease children's independence in reading. The names of the units shown in the study guides were not very\nspecific. From previous research, it was confirmed that children would take the initiative in reading if they\ncould imagine the activities of the goal of the unit and if the content aroused their interest and interest.
