In other words, this is a shift from“ after-the-fact” guidance\nand support focused on specific students to“ student guidance that supports the growth and development of all\nstudents,” a school-wide approach. Based on this, in my paper “A Study on Practice Focusing on\nDevelopmentally Supportive Student guidance (1)”, I will discuss the enhancement of developmentally\nsupportive student instruction. Based on the author’s practical experience as a school principal, this article\ndiscusses specific practical content and methods for creating an environment where children can learn with\npeace of mind and for student guidance through cooperation between elementary and junior high schools. In\nthis paper, we have considered lesson planning, which is an important pillar, from the perspective of student\nguidance.
