At the same time, when\nsublingual saliva was collected and placed directly on the chip to measure activity with the monitor, no\nsamples showed activity below 10 kIU/L, and activity was 2.0 times higher than the method of collecting\nsaliva by placing the sensor chip under the tongue. Furthermore, there was almost no correlation in activity\nbetween the two collection methods.
