| 内容記述 | 犯罪被害者遺族（以下，遺族）に対する心理的支援が強く求められており，中長期的な支援の意義が見出 されているものとしてサポート・グループ（以下，SG）がある。民間支援団体が運営するSGの実践が積み 重ねられている一方，支援者が長期間にわたりSGを運営する上で活用できる知見が少ないのが現在の問題 である。本研究は，SGの長期的な経過において時期を区切りながら，SGを運営する支援者の困難と工夫お よび運営上の留意点について明らかにすることを目的とした。SGを運営してきた支援者10名にインタビュー を行い，グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチにより分析し，30の上位カテゴリーとモデル図を生成した。 結果から，①参加遺族の数を保つことに関する困難と進行に関する困難は全ての時期で，②支援者間の打ち 合わせの工夫も全ての時期で，③支援者の枠組みに関する留意点は「立ち上げ期」と「展開期」で，参加遺 族の把握と言葉遣いに関する留意点は「展開期」と「安定期」で見られた。さらにSGを運営する支援者に は参加遺族の集め方およびSGの内容の質が求められるという課題などが明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | Families of crime victims (bereaved families) strongly require psychological support, with support groups (SGs) a valuable medium- to long-term form of support. Despite considerable experience with SGs run by private support groups, knowledge that supporters can use to run SGs over the long term is currently lacking. This study clarified the difficulties and ingenuity and the points to note in running SGs at different times over the long term. We interviewed 10 supporters who have run SGs, analyzed the results via a grounded theory approach, and generated 30 higher-level categories and a model diagram. The results indicated that 1) difficulties exist in maintaining the number of participating bereaved families and in progressing at all times, 2) ingenuity was also present in meetings between supporters at all times, 3) points to note regarding the supporter’s framework were observed in the “start-up” and “development” phases, and those regarding understanding the participating bereaved families and use of language in the “development” and “stabilization” phases. Furthermore, supporters who run SGs need to consider how to gather participating bereaved families and the quality of the content of the SGs. |
