| 内容記述 | 本研究は、乳幼児保育・教育における領域「人間関係」に着目し、発達理論の有用性を考察することを目 的とする。具体的には、ボウルビィの愛着理論およびエリクソンの心理社会的発達理論を理論的枠組として 援用し、文献研究を通じて理論と実践の架橋を試みる。両理論は、情緒の安定や発達課題への保育者からの 支援を通じて、子どもの対人関係能力の形成に寄与する。また、保育者が子どもの発達段階に応じてこれら の理論を実践に応用することで、子どもの信頼の構築や自主性の育成が可能となる。さらに、家庭や地域社 会との連携においても、これらの理論は相互理解を促進する理論的基盤として機能する。本研究は、保育者 の専門性向上および保育の質的向上を図る上で、発達理論の理解と活用が不可欠であることを示唆し、今後 の保育・教育実践における理論の統合的理解と保育・教育への応用の必要性を提言する。 |

| 内容記述 | The present study focuses on the domain of‘ human relationships’ in infant care and education and aims to examine the usefulness of developmental theories. Specifically, it draws on the theoretical frameworks of attachment theory (Bowlby) and psychosocial developmental theory (Erikson) as theoretical underpinnings and seeks to establish a bridge between these theoretical frameworks and practical applications through a comprehensive literature review. The two theories under consideration both contribute to the development of children’s interpersonal skills through emotional stability and support from caregivers in addressing developmental tasks. Furthermore, by applying these theories to practice in accordance with children’s developmental stages, caregivers can facilitate the development of trust and autonomy in children. Moreover, these theories function as a theoretical foundation, promoting mutual understanding in collaboration with families and the local community. This study posits that understanding and applying developmental theories is imperative for enhancing childcare professionals’ expertise and improving the quality of childcare. It further proposes the necessity of integrating and applying these theories in future childcare and educational practices. |
