| 内容記述 | 本研究は、保育者が幼児の情緒調整援助に関する対話を通じて省察を行うことの意義を明らかにすること を目的とした。領域「人間関係」を理論的枠組みとし、幼児期における情緒調整援助と保育者の専門性形成 との関連を検討した。幼稚園に勤務する保育者8名を対象にフォーカスグループインタビューを実施し、 Braun & Clarke（2021）の主題分析の枠組みを用いて質的に分析した。その結果、【自己の実践の再認識】【他 者の経験からの学び】【援助における迷いや葛藤の共有】【省察を通じた専門性の向上】の4つの主題が抽出 された。これらは、保育者の省察的対話が自己理解の深化、心理的安全性の確保、実践知の生成を促し、保 育の質の向上に寄与することを示している。さらに、省察の営みは、領域「人間関係」が重視する「人との かかわりを通じた成長」と呼応し、保育者養成および現職研修における省察的学びの導入の有効性を示唆す るものである。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the significance of early years practitioners engaging in reflective dialogue concerning emotional regulation support for young children. Using the domain of“ human relationships” as a theoretical framework, it examined the relationship between emotional regulation support in early childhood and the development of practitioners’ professionalism. Focus group interviews were conducted with eight practitioners working in kindergartens, and the data were qualitatively analysed using Braun & Clarke’s (2021) thematic analysis framework. The results yielded four themes: [Recognising One’s Own Practice], [Learning from Others’ Experiences], [Sharing Hesitations and Conflicts in Support], and [Enhancing Professionalism through Reflection]. These demonstrate that reflective dialogue among practitioners deepens self-understanding, fosters psychological safety, generates practical knowledge, and contributes to improving the quality of childcare. Furthermore, the reflective process resonates with the “growth through human interaction” emphasised in the “Human Relationships” domain, suggesting the effectiveness of introducing reflective learning in both early childhood educator training and in-service professional development. |
