| 内容記述 | 本稿では、地域に参加・参画した実践事例をもとに、「子育て期を過ごす成人の生涯学習とその支援のあ り方」に焦点をあて、学習主体の分析を試みた。そこでは、①地域参加により自らの存在意義を実感、②語 り合いがもたらした疎外からの解放と課題認識、③支援の客体から主体への意識変容と行動変容、④子育て を営む主体であるとともに、地域づくりの主体へ参画というプロセス、すなわち4段階の子育て期を過ごす 成人の生涯学習を見ることができた。また「支援」については、地域参加・参画により、子育て期を過ごす 成人の出会いや学びをファシリテート・コーディネートまた最終的にはフェードアウトしていくことが重要 であることがわかった。 |

| 内容記述 | In this paper, based on practical examples of community participation, we have attempted to focus not only on “learning as a parent” but also on “learning as an adult who experiences child-rearing and available support.” We observed different stages of the process from (1) realizing the significance of one’s own existence through community participation, (2) moving towards liberation from alienation through discussion, (3) changes in awareness and behavior from an object seeking learning to an independent agent of learning, and (4) the realization that one’s problem is everyone’s problem too, which led to participating as an agent of community development while also being the agent of child-rearing. In other words, we were able to see learning that leads to the lifelong development of adults. Regarding support, it was found that facilitation and coordination to bridge the gaps at each stage of community participation are important, while simultaneously considering t he direction of community participation. |
