| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は養護教諭におけるフィジカルアセスメントに関する研究動向を把握して教育上の示唆を得 ることである。分析対象とした文献では、現場における実習を分析した2件と卒業前の学生評価以外は授業 研究であり、心理学部の学生を研究対象者とした1件を除き、多くが教育学部の1年次から卒業前の4年次ま での学生を研究対象者としていた。非看護学系の養護教諭養成課程ではさまざまな教授法の工夫がなされて いた。研究の多くが学生のフィジカルアセスメントに関する自信という学生の理解度について自己評価を求 めていたが、学部2年生の段階でアセスメントのみならず、その後の処置の実施までを分析した研究があっ た。現任の養護教諭も救急処置過程において困難感があったことから、症状を呈する子どもから適切な情報 を得ること、そして、得た情報をどのようにアセスメントして行動するのか、という一連の過程における教 授法を工夫する必要があると考える。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to grasp research trends regarding physical assessment for school nurses and to gain educational implications. All studies, except for two that analyzed on-site training and one that involved pre-graduation students, were classroom studies. Most of the study participants were first- to fourthyear students in the Faculty of Education, with the exception of one study that involved psychology students. Non-nursing training education utilized a variety of innovative teaching methods. While most studies asked students to self-evaluate their understanding of physical assessment, some studies focused on second-year undergraduate students, focusing not only on assessment but also on subsequent treatment. Even current school nurse teachers experience difficulties with the emergency treatment process, suggesting the need for innovative teaching methods for the entire process, from obtaining appropriate information from symptomatic children to assessing and acting on that information. |
