| 内容記述 | 本研究は、学級目標を意識づけた道徳科の授業と特別活動を連携させる実践を通して、児童の価値意識と 行動の変容を促すことを目的とした実践研究である。道徳科は児童の内面に働きかける教科であり、学級目 標と関連づけることで、児童が価値を日常的に意識し、行動に移す契機となった。実践の結果、児童は「友 情」「思いやり」「協力」「感謝」「自覚」「向上心」などの価値を段階的に育み、集団の中で自己の内面と向 き合う姿が確認された。一方で、抽象的な価値の理解や道徳科と特別活動の接続の難しさ、評価方法の課題 も明らかとなった。今後は、日常の教育活動との有機的な結びつきや児童の発達段階に応じた指導の工夫が 求められる。 |

| 内容記述 | This practical study aimed to promote changes in children’s value awareness and behavior through the practice of linking moral education classes with extracurricular activities, focusing on class goals. Moral education is a subject that influences children’s inner selves, and linking it to class goals provided an opportunity for children to become aware of values on a daily basis and put them into action. As a result of this study, children gradually developed values such as“ friendship,”“ compassion,”“ cooperation,”“ gratitude,” “self-awareness,” and“ ambition,” and were observed to face their inner selves in group settings. However, the study also revealed difficulties in understanding abstract values, connecting moral education with extracurricular activities, and issues with evaluation methods. Going forward, it will be necessary to organically link moral education with daily educational activities and devise instruction tailored to each child’s developmental stage. These findings suggest that placing moral education at the core of classroom management can expand the possibilities for education that influences children’s lifestyles. |
