Schools are expected to develop a system\nof coordination and role-sharing among themselves and teachers in order to enhance\ntheir functions. This study compared differences in recognition and line of thought\nrelated to “team support” in school education between school administrators and\nYo-go teacher in consideration of qualities and abilities required of nursing teachers\nengaged in“ team support” and the method of implementation. As a result of the study,\nit was found that liaison and coordination with specialized staff and other stakeholders\nare important elements for nursing teachers engaged in“ team support” and the role of\ncoordinator is expected of them in various situations, for which they need to develop\na harmonious relationship with people inside and outside of school.
