As for the role in their family focusing on “helping housework” and “care of siblings”, to make sure focusing on the frequency and reason for it, as well as the fatigue and other effects that arise from it, it is also considering and the effect of family type and cultural background. A questionnaire survey is conducted based on an international comparison with Malasia. As a result, it was shown that some characteristics of Japanese children.First they do less helping housework than Malaysian children. Second the reason why they help is respond to demands of their family.
