This is because it is required to act actively from an objective standpoint. On the other hand, if the faculty and staff in charge of guidance do not fully understand the purpose of the training, the relationship of trust with the students may be broken. \nIn order to enhance not only the hardware but also the software, the problems that exist in the teachers must be solved.
