The participants were 120 men and women in their 20s and 30s nationwide. We created a questionnaire about the actual lifestyle and eating habits conditions after April 2021 and requested Mellinks Co., Ltd. to conduct a web questionnaire survey. Consequently, for the young working individuals, eating habits changes were observed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which were related to employment patterns. Particularly, there was a significant association between the frequency of using prepared meals, frequency of going out, and body weight changes. There was a significant association between the frequency of eating out and frequency of going out.
