There has also been a shift from special education to special needs education, and society's understanding of people with disabilities has changed greatly. It was suggested that understanding of people with disabilities may begin with awareness of people with disabilities close to them before entering school, and may lead to understanding at university through learning at elementary and junior high schools. By clarifying the relationship between understanding people with disabilities and social distancing, it seems that a more versatile scale can be created.
