Today, the environmental crisis is a very serious problem, and socially vulnerable are unfairly affected by environmental destruction. This is called environmental imbalance. In view of this situation, it is necessary to deal with environmental imbalances in environmental learning in social studies. In addition, we must develop the ability to identify the problems of environmental crises in the structure of human society and resolve environmental imbalances.\n  Therefore, this paper analyzes environmental learning that has been considered in social studies so far, and examines its characteristics and problems. For this purpose, this paper use the theory of the duality of social control.
