| 内容記述 | 保育所・幼稚園・認定こども園等の保育現場において、集団に入れない・指示が通らない・子ども同士の トラブルが頻回に起こる・発達の遅れがみられるなどの「気になる子ども」が増加している。筆者らは、令 和4年度より科学研究費助成事業として「気になる子どもに関わる保育者に対する個別的双方向支援」とい う研究課題で研究を行っている。そのプレ調査として2023年1月に、保育者へのアンケート調査を行った。 その結果、調査対象者が勤務するすべての園のうち約82,0％に気になる子どもが存在しているが、83,0％ には加配の職員がおらず、専門的なアドバイスの必要性や負担感を感じている保育者が8割近いことが明ら かになった。その結果から、今後、個別の子どもの状況に応じた個別支援計画や個別指導計画の作成、ケア 会議に基づいた具体的な支援方法の理解や保護者への対応など、保育者に対する専門的なアドバイスの必要 性が明らかになった。 |

| 内容記述 | An increasing number of“ children of concern” are being observed at nursery schools, kindergartens, and certified childcare centers, where they are unable to join groups, have difficulty following instructions, frequently get into trouble with other children, and have delays in their personal development. The research project “Individualized Interactive Support for Caregivers of Concerned Children” has been conducted by the authors as a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research since 2022. As preliminary research, a questionnaire survey of childcare providers was conducted in January 2023. The results revealed that approximately 82% of the children of concern are present, but 83% have no extra staff, and nearly 80% of the caregivers need professional advice or feeling a sense of burden. Based on the results of this study, it was noted that it is urgent and important for children’s development that caregivers be professionally advised on how to provide support according to each child’s situation, and that individual support plans and individual guidance plans be created, also that care conferences be held. |
