| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は養護教諭養成課程における学校看護技術について概観することである。医学中央雑誌Web 版を用いて検索式を「養護教諭」「学校看護技術」とし、本研究のテーマに該当した研究6件を分析対象と した。分析の結果、横断調査により確認された学校看護技術の項目は206あり、教育の必要度が高い項目は 152であった。また、現任者に確認した結果、学校種別によって必要とされる学校看護技術は異なり、経験 年数によって研修ニーズも異なっていた。教授法の検討では、学生による動画撮影は自主練習に動画視聴は 予習に有効であること、student assistant を役立つ存在と感じ学習効果が上がったこと、看護学実習前後 では看護技術の必要度の意識に変化があったことが明らかになった。今後、教育の必要度が高い学校看護技 術の項目に優先順位を決めること、卒業時の到達目標を設定する必要性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | A purpose of this study is to survey it about the school nursing technique in Yogo teachers training course. I assumed a search type a“ Yogo teacher”“ school nursing arts” using a medical central magazine Web version and did six studies that corresponded to the theme of this study with an analysis object. As a result of analysis, there were 206 items of the school nursing arts confirmed by a crossing investigation, and the item which was high in a necessary degree of the education was 152. In addition, as a result of having confirmed it to Yogo teachers, the school nursing arts to be required by school classification was different, and the training needs were different by the years of experience, too. It became clear that the video shooting by the student felt the video seeing and hearing being effective for preparations for lessons, student assistant with helpful existence in a voluntary exercise in the examination of the teaching method, and there was a change in the consciousness of the necessary degree of the nursing technology before and after a learning effect having gone up, the nursing science training. The need to set deciding priority in the item of the school nursing arts that was high in a necessary degree of the education, an arrival aim at the time of the graduation was suggested in future. |
