| 内容記述 | In the Department of Education and Psychology of the Faculty of Humanities, the student can obtain many licenses and many qualifications. In the child development course of the Department of Education and Psychology, many students aim to become elementary school teachers. In teacher training course, the student learns a learning method、knowledge and skill to become a teacher and experiences student teaching and volunteer activity. By this paper, we made clear how we brought up a student equipped with "teacher's quality and ability". Also, we not only aimed to make a student pass an examination but searched for the way of the education that a student can learn from the various experiences. Then we performed a uestionnaire to students and professional teachers. We clarified the requirement effective in the class of the school teaching practice and student's volunteer and moreover necessary. And we clarified a necessary matter to train a teacher by analyzing the curriculum for the teaching profession and the experience of the student. We connect a school and a student and want to study a method to educate the student who acquires ability as the teacher continuously in future. | |||||
