内容記述 | This study investigated the correspondence and issues of teaching practice from the viewpoint of the abilities required of teachers. We examined students who have had teaching practice at special needs schools, whether the practice itself led to a proactive learning for student teachers. As a result of our research, it became clear from the diary of teaching practice written by students that teaching practice at special needs schools was meaningful. In particular, they described in the diary of teaching practice not only basic contents such as "It is very important to understand the actual situation of children" and "It is necessary to provide reasonable consideration", but also more specialized contents. In addition, the evaluation approved by the special needs school indicated many of the abilities that teachers will be expected to have. The issues that emerged from these perspectives were the need to further enhance pre- and post-practical guidance for teaching practice at special needs schools, and to instruct students to actively volunteer at special needs schools. |
