| 内容記述 | “Information revolution of education” is defined as follows. In other words, “Information revolution of education” aims to improve the quality of education by taking advantage of the characteristics of information and communication technology, such as transcending temporal and spatial constraints, being interactive, and facilitating customization, and specifically consists of the following three aspects. （1） Information education: Fostering children's ability to utilize information （2） Utilization of ICT in subject guidance: Realization of easy-to-understand and deepening classes that effectively utilize ICT, etc. （3） Informatization of school affairs: Detailed guidance by teachers and staff sharing information using ICT, reduction of the burden of school affairs, etc. In this paper, I comprehensively examined these aspects and the effects and issues of “information revolution of education” from the theory of the history of educational practice. As a result, it was clarified that in today's education, where “information revolution” is being promoted, it is necessary for teachers to be aware of the state of learners' “language”, “inside” and “body” and to provide education based on them. |

| 内容記述 | 「教育の情報化」とは、「情報通信技術の、時間的・空間的制約を超える、双方向性を有する、カスタマイ ズを容易にするといった特長を生かして、教育の質の向上を目指すものであり、具体的には次の３つの側面 から構成され、これらを通して教育の質の向上を図るものである。① 情報教育：子供たちの情報活用能力 の育成 ② 教科指導におけるICT 活用：ICT を効果的に活用した分かりやすく深まる授業の実現等 ③ 校 務の情報化：教職員がICT を活用した情報共有によりきめ細やかな指導を行うことや、校務の負担軽減等」 とされる（1）。本稿では、これらの側面を総合して捉え、「教育の情報化」の効果と課題を、教育実践史の理 論に基づき検討した。その結果、「教育の情報化」が推進される教育においては、教師が、学習者の「言葉」 と「内面」と「身体」の状態に常に気づき、それに基づく指導を行うことが必要であることを明らかにした。 |
