| 内容記述 | The writers believe that, from the current situation surrounding children, it is important for caregivers to supplement attachment as a first step toward enabling children to calmly settle down and live on their own. To achieve this, it is necessary to change studentsʼ attitudes toward attachment formation in the training of childcare providers and nursery school teachers. In this study, we conducted a survey to clarify what difficulties students aiming to become educators or nursery school teachers face in forming relationships with children during their first practical training, and what they are aware of when approaching and forming relationships with children, in order to specify the content of guidance related to attachment. The results showed that the studentsʼ difficulties in forming relationships with children were related to the developmental characteristics of the children. For children under 3 years old, the difficulties were “shyness” and “inability to communicate,” while for children over 3 years old, the difficulties were “difficulties in forming relationships with children because they have already formed relationships with other children. In common, it was also made clear that they have had difficulty in dealing with several children. Also, in forming relationships with children, we divided them into two groups：the “Handling well group” and the “Having difficulty group.” The “Handling well group” was forming relationships with children who were spoken to. In contrast, the “Having Difficulty Group” formed relationships through trials and errors. However, 75.0% of the students eventually reported that they were able to form a relationship, showing that getting used to the relationship over time can be a major factor in relationship forming. In the formation of relationships between students in training and children, the studentsʼ approach is more close to friendships similar to those between students, which needs to be considered in the future, but it is a possibility that they may be less conscious of attachment formation or less aware that it leads to attachment formation. We intend to use this survey as a reference to examine the content of the surveys and continue to collecting episodes, along with the curriculum for the “「人間関係」Human Relations” lecture on childcare content. |

| 内容記述 | 筆者らは、子どもの取り巻く現状から、子ども自身が自分の力で落ち着いて生活できるようにしていくた めの前段階として、保育者が愛着を補完していくことが大切だと考えている。そのためには、保育者・教員 養成において、愛着形成に関しての学生の意識を変えていく必要がある。 そこで本研究は、保育者や教育者をめざす学生が、初めての実習において、子どもたちと人間関係を形成 するにあたり、どのような困難感を感じているのか、また、どのようなことを意識し、アプローチを行い、 子どもとの関係を築いているのかについて明らかにし、愛着にかかわる指導内容を明確化することを目的と して調査を行った。その結果、子どもとの関係作りで、学生が困難に感じていることは、子どもの発達の特 徴と関連しており、３歳未満児については、「人見知り」、「言葉通じないこと」、３歳以上児においては、「子 ども同士の人間関係が出来ていることによる入りにくさ」、が挙げられた。また共通して、複数の子どもと の対応に困っていることが明らかになった。また、子どもとの関係作りにおいて「良好群」と「困難群」に 分けて検討した。その結果、「良好群」は、話しかけられた子どもたちをきっかけに関係を形成していると考 えられる。それに対して、「困難群」は、試行錯誤しながら関係を作っていた。しかし、最終的には92.2％ の学生が関係を築けたと回答しており、時間の経過によって慣れることも関係作りにとって大きな要因とな りうることが明らかになった。実習生と子どもとの関係形成において、学生のアプローチは、学生同士と同 様な友達関係性に近く、今後検討していく必要があるが、愛着形成を意識したり、愛着形成につながるとい う意識が薄かったりする可能性も考えられる。 今後は、今回の調査を参考に、調査内容を検討し、エピソードの収集を今後も行うとともに、保育内容「人 間関係」の講義のカリキュラムや「子どもの理解と援助」の講義カリキュラムの検討につなげていきたいと 考えている。 |
