内容記述 | In recent years, issues related to the physical and mental health of children have grown increasingly complicated and diverse. Schools are expected to develop a system of coordination and role-sharing among themselves and teachers in order to enhance their functions. This study compared differences in recognition and line of thought related to “team support” in school education between school administrators and Yo-go teacher in consideration of qualities and abilities required of nursing teachers engaged in“ team support” and the method of implementation. As a result of the study, it was found that liaison and coordination with specialized staff and other stakeholders are important elements for nursing teachers engaged in“ team support” and the role of coordinator is expected of them in various situations, for which they need to develop a harmonious relationship with people inside and outside of school. Further, it is considered that Yo-go teachers need to have contacts with people outside of school on a daily basis in order to coordinate necessary people for various situations. |
