| 内容記述 | Guidance for practical training is provided in the training of nursery teachers and kindergarten teachers, but it is a high hurdle for students. This is because it is required to act actively from an objective standpoint. On the other hand, if the faculty and staff in charge of guidance do not fully understand the purpose of the training, the relationship of trust with the students may be broken. In order to enhance not only the hardware but also the software, the problems that exist in the teachers must be solved. This paper describes the improvement of the soft side in the training of professionals from the criticism and introspection of the guidance so far. |
