内容記述 | In the training of childcare professionals, practical training is considered the most significant philosophy in the principle of the reciprocity between classroom learning and practical learning. To clarify the changes in students’ anxiety about practical training before and after the training, we conducted a questionnaire survey and reported the results to the students who had completed “Childcare Practical Training I” from February to March of 2020. (Yano, Ando 2021). In the first semester of this school year, we have addressed the questions that students had about how to support “Concerned children”.which was particularly common during the practical training, in the content of the class on “Childcare for children with disabilities”.In the subsequent “Childcare Practical Training Ⅱ”. although incomplete, the students' ability to treat "Concerned children" were felt. However, there are many difficult situations in the actual fields, and it became clear that it would be more beneficial for the students to have an experiential understanding of what they learned in the classroom, and to gain guidance and advice on appropriate support methods during the practical training. In future, training schools will be required to provide more specific lessons through episodes based on experiences to help students acquire basic knowledge. It is also desirable to carry out seminars on specific support methods in order to improve support capabilities in the field. |
