The participants were 120 men and women in their 20s and 30s nationwide. We created a questionnaire about the actual lifestyle and eating habits conditions after April 2021 and requested Mellinks Co., Ltd. to conduct a web questionnaire survey. Consequently, for the young working individuals, eating habits changes were observed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which were related to employment patterns. Particularly, there was a significant association between the frequency of using prepared meals, frequency of going out, and body weight changes. There was a significant association between the frequency of eating out and frequency of going out. Additionally, body weight changes were associated with diets, suggesting that eating habits changes may have affected physical conditions. | |||||
