| 内容記述 | This paper examines the characteristics and problems of environmental learning in social studies. Today, the environmental crisis is a very serious problem, and socially vulnerable are unfairly affected by environmental destruction. This is called environmental imbalance. In view of this situation, it is necessary to deal with environmental imbalances in environmental learning in social studies. In addition, we must develop the ability to identify the problems of environmental crises in the structure of human society and resolve environmental imbalances. Therefore, this paper analyzes environmental learning that has been considered in social studies so far, and examines its characteristics and problems. For this purpose, this paper use the theory of the duality of social control. This theory was proposed by Harutoshi Funabashi and discusses how to understand and solve environmental problems based on the concept of “system.” As a result of analysis based on this theory, this paper describes that environmental learning can be divided into four types. |

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、船橋晴俊の「社会制御システムの両義性」論を手がかりに、日本における社会科環境学習の特 徴と課題を明らかにするものである。 地球規模で深刻化する環境危機への対応は焦眉の急を要する課題であり、特に社会的弱者への環境危機の 影響の不均衡な現れ（環境的不均衡）の是正が求められている。こうした社会状況に鑑みると、環境的不均 衡を解決することのできる資質・能力を育成する社会科環境学習の構築が不可欠である。しかし、これまで の社会科教育学において環境的不均衡に着目する環境学習がどれだけ・どのように扱われてきたのかという 実態を解明するような研究は十分に行われてこなかった。そこで本研究では、環境問題の把握・解決のあり 方を社会システムの側面から論じた「社会制御システムの両義性」論に基づき、これまで検討されてきた社 会科環境学習を分析した。この結果、次のような特徴と課題が明らかになった。①「両義性」論に基づくと 社会科環境学習は四つに類型化できるということ。②「支配システムにおける問題を解決する資質・能力の 育成に重点をおく学習」が現段階では十分に検討されていないこと。 |
